To prepare the Full-heeled ox-tip breast recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring all the vegetables in a small pan or oven dish. Sprinkle salt and pepper and add coarse chopped parsley, bay leaves and thyme sauce. Rub the beef with salt and pepper. Bring butter biscuits and put it on the vegetables. Pour water or broth on, so the vegetables are just covered.
