1.5dlOlive oil
2Citrober juice thereof
2cloveCrushed garlic
500gSmall fresh mushrooms
6Whole peppercorns

Instructions for Fungi marinati (Marinated Mushrooms)

To prepare the Fungi marinati (Marinated Mushrooms) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the olive oil, water, lemon juice, crushed garlic, bay leaf, pepper and salt over boiling in a small saucepan. Let it boil for even heat for approx. 15 minutes. Put the marinade and pour it back into a pan, now add the mushrooms and let them spin in the marinade for approx. 5 minutes. Let them cool in the pan.

They can serve the mushrooms with room temperature or put them in the fridge and serve them cold (they can last for 8 days in the marinade). Before serving, take the mushrooms with a clove, let them run free of moisture and apply them to an asia or in a bowl.

This dish is intended to be served as part of antipasto (starter).
