150gCooked ham into strips

Instructions for Galette with ham

To prepare the Galette with ham recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour and salt and whip first milk and then egg. Put thin pancakes in a little butter on a large frying pan over high heat until they are light brown. Put the pancakes on a baking sheet and pour a squeezed egg on each.
Distribute ham, cheese and tomato slices onto the pancakes and fold the sides over to form a square.
Bake the pancakes at 200 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Turn the salad into dijon pepper stirring with lemon and oil.
Serve the galettes with the salad and the onions.
