Ingredients for Ganumgin

1tbspBlack soy sauce
1pakBean sprouts
1pakGanumgin (available in thai and Chinese stores)
1cloveGarlic
1gKalanga
1Big cucumber
1canThai coconut milk
1.5gGinger
2tbspFish sauce
2Small green chilli
2-3canTuna
3tbspNam-ya
3Small red chilli
3Stalks lime grass
5Kafir lime leaves

Instructions for Ganumgin

To prepare the Ganumgin recipe, please follow these instructions:

1) Ginger, lime leaves, lime grass, chilli, kalanga and garlic together in a mortar is tamped.
2) 3 tbsp. Nam-ya is stirred into a saucepan along with the coconut milk on medium heat in 3-4 my.
