To prepare the Garlic Hamburger steak recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the chopped meat with crushed garlic and cream fraiche. Divide the meat into 4 servings. Form each serving into a steak. Press it slightly flat with your hand. Chop the steak lightly on the surface with a knife, while the left hand forms the steak. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper.

Put a slice of bacon around the steak and secure it with a toothpick. First roll the sides of the steaks on a hot dry pan so that the bacon is lightly fried.

Brown the grease on the forehead. Step the steaks 2 - 3 min. on every side. They must be pink inside.

Server the steaks with eg. Baked potatoes and tomato salad.
