To prepare the Garlic marinated peppers recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean the peppers and cut them into broad strips lengthwise.

Heat a large frying pan and roast strips in 1 tbsp olive oil at fairly high heat. The peppers may be a bit black around the edges.

Whip up a dressing of the rest of the oil and balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Pour it over the warm waters of the peppers and let this mixture drag a little.

Rinse and dry salad and slice garlic fedet in very thin slices. Mix everything well together.

The salad may be served warm. This salad fits nicely as accessories for URf.eks. chicken or lamb.
