kgPotatoes, washed and cut in both
2tbspOlive oil
2twigsRosemary
6cloveGarlic, minced

Instructions for Garlic Potatoes

To prepare the Garlic Potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 220 °.

Blancher potato boats 2 min. In boiling water, possibly several times. Let them drip a little and spread them in a pan. Bring garlic into a steel cup (dl-measure) and pour the oil over. Gently heat it up on a warm cooktop approx. 5 min. Mix with potatoes and rosemary needles.

Stir the potatoes in the oven until they are tender and have a little color approx. ½ hour.
