A little cayenne pepper
¾dlOil
1dlMinced parsley
1Meat consommé-cube
1-2tspPaprika
2Egg yolks
2cloveFinely chopped garlic
2tbspFinely chopped onion
5dlCrumbled daggammelt white bread without crust

Instructions for Garlic Soup

To prepare the Garlic Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Gently heat the oil into a soup. Add with stirring onion, garlic, paprika and cayenne pepper. The onions should not be brown but be clear and soft. Then bring the bread and turn up the heat, the bread must be golden. Add salt and broth and boil. Then let the soup cook for approx. 30 min. Stir occasionally so the bread boils completely and smooths the soup. Then take the pot from the heat and whip the eggs. The soup must not boil after the eggs are added. Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve bread
