To prepare the Garlic steaks I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the meat with cream fraiche, garlic, salt and pepper. Formed to 6 steaks. Wrap a slice of bacon about each steak and put them in magarine for approx. 15 min.

Serve the steaks with half baked potatoes and green pepper sauce.
