Ingredients for Genuine Swiss cheese fondue

French bread with chewy crumb and crust cut into 2 x 2 cm cubes
White wine and black tea (english breakfast el earl grey)
Nutmeg
Pepper
1tspFresh lemon juice
1cloveGarlic
1Snapseglas full kirsch
100gGrated appenzeller
3.5dlWhite wine
300gGrated emmenthaler
4-moulded tsp corn flour
400gGrated guyere rezent (stored)

Instructions for Genuine Swiss cheese fondue

To prepare the Genuine Swiss cheese fondue recipe, please follow these instructions:

A fonduecaquelon (refractory clay pot) or a thick-bottomed saucepan with garlic fattened inside grnides. You can either discard fattened afterwards or choose to leave it in the pan.
The 800 grams grated cheese in the Pan and mix together with maizenaen. White wine added with lemon juice. Now melt the mixture by even heat for a smooth mass. It takes place under heavy stirring. Add the Kirsch and season with pepper and grated nutmeg. Let the cheese mixture bubble a few more minutes before it is moved onto the table, where it lit the rechaud is waiting. Make sure fondue can be accompanied by bubbles lightly and stir with the bread in the fondue forks at each bite. Be sure to get all the way down at the bottom of caquelonen/pan. so curd will not burn on.
Serve with chilled white wine and black tea.
