Instructions for Glazed New Year's skink with green cabbage

To prepare the Glazed New Year's skink with green cabbage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the ham in a pan of water that just covers and bring it to the boil. Slice whole cloves into the pilled onions and put them in the pan with peppercorns. Let the ham boil quite slightly for approx. 2 hours. Take it up and let it swallow for half an hour. Cut the hair off and scratch the fat layer into cubes.

Stir mustard, dough, honey and grate together and spread it over the ham. Place the ham in the oven at 250 degrees C for 20 minutes or until the surface is golden.

Kale:
The green peel leaves are rinsed, ribbed and boiled in salted water for 15 minutes, poured into dripping and chopped. Make a sauce of margarine, flour and milk and stir the cabbage and add a boil and season with salt and sugar.

tips:
About 300 g. Of frozen green cabbage can be used instead of the fresh one. Sprinkle it in a little boiling water before pouring it into the stew to prevent it from burning.
