1lChicken or vegetable stock
1tsp' glow ' chili mango sauce
1tbspParsley finely chopped
1dlWhipped cream
1Large onion
2Leeks sliced thin
250gPotato diced
4-6Parsley stems with little leaves on the

Instructions for Glowing potato-Leek Soup

To prepare the Glowing potato-Leek Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the onion and sauté it until tender in a pan together with Leek slices. Add the broth, potato cubes and parsley stalks.

Cook it over low heat until the vegetables are tender, approximately 10-15 minutes. Take parsley stems up.

Purer soup (here is a good hand blender) and flavor it with salt and pepper.

Warm the soup up again if it has been a ride in an alm. Blender.

Just before serving warm the cream up to boiling point, add a little "mango glow".

Serve the soup into a tureen or individual bowls and pour the flavored cream into a pattern on top of the soup.

Serve with a sprinkle of parsley or chives.
