100gLactose free margarine
14dlSemper fine mix
2tspCinnamon
4pinchSalt
4dlWater
50gYeast

Instructions for Gluten-free cinnamon nail

To prepare the Gluten-free cinnamon nail recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the grease, pour the water and let it become hand-warmed. Stir yeast out of it. Add sugar, egg and salt. Mix the flour in, (remember to save a little to sprinkle on the table). Let the dough rise for approx. 20 min. And mix the filling in between.

After the 20 min. Stir in the dough. Divide the dough into two parts and press them flat. Put the filling on. Roll it together and share the two rolls in 20 pieces. Let them rise for 20 min.

Brush with egg, sprinkle with chopped almonds and pearly sugar, and behind the snails at 250 degrees about 8 minutes.
