To prepare the Gluten-free morning buns - cold-raised recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is stirred in the cold water. Add salt and possibly. sugar. It all mixes with a fork or spoon. Oatmeal, corn flour and millet flour are mixed in. Add gluten-free flour a bit at a time until the dough is well-stirred and still well-glued. The dough is put in the refrigerator with a film over or a wet dish over the night. 8-24 hours.

With two spoons, put on baking paper on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 min. In a 200 degree hot oven.

tips:
It's my own recipe - and they are well recommended ... :-) And then they are easy because you can cook the dough in the evening and only have to bake them the next morning - but make sure the bowl is large as it Raises some depending on how long it is in the fridge of course!
