Fresh spinach leaves
Freshly grated parmesan
Curry
Lasagne sheets
Nutmeg
Olive oil for frying

Instructions for Goat cheese lasagna

To prepare the Goat cheese lasagna recipe, please follow these instructions:

Tomato Sauce:
Onion and garlic chopped and fried in olive oil. Carrots are peeled, cut into cubes and added. Chopped tomatoes, tomato purée, white wine and chopped basil are added. The tomato sauce simmer and towards the end add the cream. Season with salt, pepper, peppers and curry.

Bechamelsauce: Butter melt and flour added. Milk is added and the mixture is whipped well. Salt, pepper and mashed potatoes are added. Pour the cheese into the mixture gradually after it is melted.

Fill for lasagna: Courgetters cut into slices and grilled / roast on a pan in olive oil with a little salt.

Peppers cut into strips of the desired size and fry on a pan with a little salt.

Spinach leaves are rinsed.




The lasagne is composed of "layer on layer" in an ovenproof dish. Add a little bechamel sauce to both the bottom and the middle of the lasagne and pour the rest upstairs. Sprinkle with freshly baked parmesan.

Bake for approx. 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Leave rest for 10 minutes before serving.
