0.5dlBecel liquid
1tspSalt
300gWheat flour
300gWhite wheat flour – more fiber
5dlWater

Instructions for Good morning-muffins

To prepare the Good morning-muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast into lukewarm water. Add salt, Becel liquid, white wheat and wheat flour a little at a time and stir the dough together. The dough must be a little sticky. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

Put the dough on a baking sheet with a spoon. Let the balls rise to double size.

Bake them at 200 degrees C for approx. 15 minutes.
