Ingredients for Good summer salad

Avocado, diced
Mixed salad or the ruccola salad
Cherry tomatoes in half
optionalFeta cheese into cubes (if you like it)
Strawberries, sliced/diced and/or mango fruit into cubes and/or melon into cubes (possibly mixed varieties)
Raw asparagus in small slices
Toasted sesame seeds-peanuts-salted pumpkin seeds and pine nuts (you can buy a salad mix that is pretty good even though it says it a little grating. the are already toasted)
Red onion, diced

Use the different fruits according to season. Try it. Also to use half grapes without grains.


tips:
I do not use any kind of dressing because I thought all ingredients should be fully enjoyed. Can be used as an accessory or try to shake / grill some slices of salmon and place on top of the salad (portion-sized).
