Instructions for Goulash (low-fat)

To prepare the Goulash (low-fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop onions and FRY in a pan.
Sauté diced beef until browned.
The garlic is squeezed and accepted by the flesh.
Water poured in so meat and carrots are covered.
The spices are added.
Carrots, peeled, cut into slices and place in pan.

The meat is cooked, covered, and on a low heat until the meat is tender, about 1 hour.
Ketchup, Horseradish and the right season.

Corn flour is mixed in cold water, and the right levelled.

Tips:
Course is served with mashed potatoes and a good salad.
