1cupWhole milk
125gButter
175gWheat flour
2tspMixed spices
2cupGræskarmos
2-3tbspSour cream 18%
4Eggs
4tbspSugar
6Large tablespoons honey.

Instructions for Græskarpie

To prepare the Græskarpie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crumble the butter in the flour. Add sugar and cream fry and knead the dough lightly. Put the dough in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Roll 3/4 of the dough and cover a pie shape.

Distribute the filling into the pie. Roll the rest of the dough out and cut it into narrow strips. Flatten the strips over the filling. Behind the pie approx. 60 min. At 200 degrees C. alm. Oven on the middle oven pan.

Sprinkle the pie with a little flour just before it is eaten, it can be served hot or cold.
