600gVegetables URf.eks. Zucchini-beans-spinach-fennel or celery cut in small pieces

Instructions for Grønsagsfrittata

To prepare the Grønsagsfrittata recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fry the slices crispy bacon on a hot skillet at medium heat. Pull them off the Pan and crumble them.

Sauté the vegetables in bacon fat with added oil by means of strong heat until they start to fall together. Season with salt and pepper and mix with bacon and eggs in a bowl.

Pour the mixture into the hot oil and FRY on one side. Flip frittataen using a flat lid and fry it on the other side. Take it off the heat, while it is still soft in the middle.

Serve immediately.

Tips:
Variation: in this frittata is used the season's vegetables. In summer, zucchini, peas, spinach, or beans. In winter it can be radicchio, fennel or celery.
