1Squash approximately 300 g
125gMargarine
2tbspOil
2Leeks
2dlGrated cheese
2Tomatoes
2.5dlMilk
3Eggs
3dlWheat flour
3tbspCold water

Instructions for Grønsagspie

To prepare the Grønsagspie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the flour into a bowl and pour the fat into it. Pour cold water and stir the dough together. Let the dough rest a little.

Blame and clean the vegetables, cut the squash into slices and the pears in strips. Put the pore strips in half of the fat so they get soft, pick them up, do the same with the squash slices in the other half. Roll the piedejenud and coat an ovenproof pie with it.
