Instructions for Gratin with salmon and asparagus

To prepare the Gratin with salmon and asparagus recipe, please follow these instructions:

The fish pieces are roasted on a thickened pan in oil or butter until the pieces are golden. Season with salt and pepper. The fish is taken off the forehead.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Bring the fish to the bottom of a refractory dish, fill half with asparagus. Stir fish broth, cream fraiche, spring onion, pepper and corn together. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the fish.

Bring the rest of the asparagus on top of the fish mixture and then cover with the two kinds of cheese. Sprinkle with pepper powder and style the dish in the oven for 30 minutes until the surface is golden and bubbles. Server immediately.

A mixed green salad can be served.
