Instructions for Gratinated macaroni (PASTISJO)

To prepare the Gratinated macaroni (PASTISJO) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the water to boil with salt, bring macaroni and let it boil for approx. 8 minutes. Pour macaroni into a sieve, sprinkle it over with warm water and let it dry off.
