(600 g. cooked pasta is equivalent to 300 g. dry pasta)
Olive oil (a little Browning of bacon)
optionalGrated black truffle if it must be extra good. EVS. truffle oil
1dlParmesan cheese
2cloveCrushed garlic
2tbspPaprika (preferably smoked paprika)
2.5dlCheddar cheese
250gBacon cubes
5dlGruyere cheese
5dlWhipped cream
600gCooked pasta (penne is good)

To prepare the Gratinated pasta 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

how to do it
• The bacon is crispy in the oil on a pan.
• Pour the oil and grease bacon into a large bowl.
• Pasta cooked according to the description on the packaging. Pour into the same bowl as the bacon.
• Boil the whipped cream to boiling point (do not boil over). Simmer and cook for 5 min.
• The whipped cream is added to gruyere and cheddar.
• Mustard and peppers are stirred together and poured into whipped cream with cheese together with crushed garlic.
• Taste with salt and pepper.
• pour the cream mixture over pasta and mix well. Now pour the contents into an ovenproof dish.
• Sprinkle with grated parmesan and then rasp.
• The oven-proof dish is placed in a preheated oven of 200 degrees for approx. 10 min. Hot air.
• Finally, grill to give a nice brown surface.
• Toss dry with truffle black truffle if there is something special. A little truffle oil is a good replacement.
Serve with green salad.
