Ingredients for Gratinated Salmon Fillet

1Chopped shallots
1tbspWhite wine vinegar
1.5dlFiskeboullion
2tbspLemon juice (use EVS also grated lemon rind)
225gSalmon fillets (2 PCs.)
2-3slicesFrench bread crumbled and without crust
3tbspMinced parsley. (have successfully used dill tips)
50gButter softened

Instructions for Gratinated Salmon Fillet

To prepare the Gratinated Salmon Fillet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the salmon in a small, greased, ovenproof dish and drizzle with lemon juice. Stir the butter with bread crumbs, minced onion and parsley. Season m. salt and pepper to taste. Butter mixture on the top side of the fish. Fiskeboullion and pour the white wine vinegar and set the Pan in the preheated oven (250 gr. C) in 10 min. turn down to 200 gr. C in 5 min. can be served with new potatoes.

Uhm! With new potatoes, it may well go as a main course, if one is not grovspiser.
