Instructions for Gratinated tomato soup
To prepare the Gratinated tomato soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and tomatoes in both. Chop onion, garlic and champinon.
Sauté onion and garlic in oil 1 minute. Add the rest of ingredients and småkog the soup in 25 min.
Blend the soup. Season with salt and pepper.
Benefit the soup in 4 ovnfaste protionsskåle. Put a slice of bread on top of each bowl, sprinkle cheese over and cakes them 5 min in the oven at 250 degrees.
