450gWheat flour
5dlButtermilk

To prepare the Greek country bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is crumbled in the dumplings. Mix some of the buttermilk, mix it with water and the rest of the buttermilk and pour it into the dish. Stir yeast smoothly.

Add sift flour, salt and most of the wheat flour. Eat the dough well and long. Bring more flour in. The dough must be blank and firm. Let it rise to more than double.

Pour the dough into a bowl, pressed flat and folded together as a crescent. Put on a plate of baking paper.

Cut 3-4 slices and allow the bread to rise to double, approx. 40 minutes.

Sprinkle a thin layer of flour and put the plate on the next slice in the preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake for approx. 1 hour.

Cool on the grid.
