Instructions for Greek gyros 02

To prepare the Greek gyros 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Begin making Tzatziki.
Cream fraiche poured into a bowl.
The cucumber is torn, and the cracked cucumber is twisted for water.
Add it to cream fraiche with 2 crushed garlic and ½ teaspoon. Fine salt.
Eggplant, squash and onions are cut into 2x2 cm tern and the tomatoes halved.
Mix the meat with oil, rosemary, cumin, salt and pepper.
Then crush 2 to 4 garlic cloves according to taste.
Grease is put on a pan and the meat is switched just so it has color on all sides.
Remove the meat and season the vegetables at high heat so that they do not just start to boil.
After 5 minutes the meat is added and it all warms for another 5 minutes.
Server with fresh parsley sprinkled over.

Served with rice. Parsley may be possible. Stir in the rice just prior to serving, leaving the parsley on the pancake. You can successfully spice gyros with, for example, Peppers and sugar herbs. Tzatziki should not be made in too much time as the garlic will intensify the taste, the longer it stands. I'll do it just before the rest of the cooking, and then it's in the fridge until serving. If you are afraid that the gyro will become too dry you can pour ½ dl. Cream 38% in the last 30 seconds. The lamb can be easily replaced with, for example. Buttocks for stroganoff, but it is important that it is only lynched.
