To prepare the Greek Lamb Chicken (stegeso) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make small pockets in the lamb and plug garlic cloves in it. Place the meat in a soaked stegeso. Pour lemon juice, oil and broth over. Sprinkle the meat with cinnamon, salt, pepper and oregano.
