To prepare the Greek meatballs with tzatziki + oven baked potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Greek meatballs:
Food processor can be used with advantage: chop onion, garlic and parsley fine. Bring the chopped meat together with flour, water, salt and pepper. Fingers are well mixed together and shaped into frying panes, which are cooked with medium heat on the forehead until golden and crispy.

The potatoes (a little big) peeled and shredded in half. Brush with oil and sprinkle with fine salt and a little peppers. Place in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 1 hour.

The cucumbers of tzatziki are cut into thin strips like matches (julienne), sprinkled with a sprig. Fine salt, mix well and put to a drip in a sieve / duster layer for 1 hour or longer. The yeast is mixed with 1 fat crushed garlic and the cucumbers are turned in after they have finished draining.

tips:
Start by pouring the cucumbers and making the potatoes ready to put in the oven. Then it's all ready at the same time.
