Ingredients for Greek meatcake 02

Freshly ground pepper
0.25tspCoarse salt
0.5tspDried Rosemary
1Finely chopped yellow onions (ca. 75 g)
1Small finely chopped clove of garlic
1kgOven-fried potato wedges
125gCheasy salad diced
2dlCheasy a38 0.1%
2dlBoiling water
2tspOlive oil
300gGreen Salad
300gMinced pork
8Sundried tomatoes (about 30 g)

Instructions for Greek meatcake 02

To prepare the Greek meatcake 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour the boiling water over the sun-dried tomatoes and let them pull for approx. 2min.
Let the tomatoes drip into a sieve. Save 2 tbsp. Of the effluent.
Chop the tomatoes well.
