To prepare the Greek Mousaka in the cool way recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop onion and chop them in a saucepan. Brown the meat and add tomato sauce, garlic, rosemary, sugar, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for approx. 5 min and add 1 dl. Water and simmer approx. 5 min. Remember to taste.

Cut the potatoes into slices. Distribute half to the bottom of a greased refractory dish. Pour approx. 2½ dl. Milk / cream with approx. ½ teaspoon. Salt over. Bring the meat mixture over and cover with the rest of the sliced ​​potatoes.
