To prepare the Greek olive bread without egg recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is dissolved in lukewarm water and mixed with flour, grahamsmel, olive oil and salt.

Be well together for a smooth dough in a large bowl. Keep some flour left, as it is different how much liquid flour can absorb.

The dough is covered for raising a warm place for 45 minutes. The dough is rolled out into a rectangle in a ca. 2 approx. Thick layer. Feta cheese and olives are laid on and the dough rolled to a roulade. Place the roulade on an olive-baked baking sheet and add the cover for 30 minutes. Brush the bread with water and bake 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
