To prepare the Greek steak with tomato gravy and Mint tzatziki recipe, please follow these instructions:

Tzatziki: Grate the cucumber, add salt and let it soak for a few minutes. Pressure the worst moisture out of the cucumber. squeeze the garlic out of the yogurten, and stir it together with cucumber and Mint. season with salt.
