Instructions for Greek-steaks

To prepare the Greek-steaks recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the minced beef with salt, pepper and freshly squeezed garlic about 2 min.
Then put the fresh parsley in and stir carefully.
The steaks are ready to be shaped when the parsley is touched well into the farmer.
Form 4 flat steaks. Approximately 1.5 cm in height.
The steaks are cooked on a hot forehead with a little fat approx. 3-4 min on each side.
