Freshly ground pepper
1tspCoarse salt
1kgCut small potatoes
1lWater
1.5dlCooking cream 8%
3dlCoarsely chopped fresh herbs such as dill parsley and Basil
3tbspCapers-without lage (ca. 35 g)
300gCherry tomatoes in half
300gThawed, frozen peas

Instructions for Green potato salad

To prepare the Green potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the potatoes in boiling water with salt. Boil them for approx. 15 min. - They just have to be dark.

Bring cream, herbs, half of the peas, salt and pepper into a blender and blend at the highest speed for approx. 2 min or until the cream is completely smooth and green.

Pour the green dressing over the hot potatoes. Came tomatoes, the rest of the peas and capers on top. Decorate with fresh herbs.
