Ingredients for Green rice

Pepper
Salt
1pkgFrozen knorr Italian herbs
1Small onions
1tbspOil
1tspSt. coriander
1.5dlGreek yogurt
2.5dlRice
2-3tbspFinely grated parmesan
250gBalls of frozen spinach
30gRoasted pine nuts
5.5dlVegetable broth

Instructions for Green rice

To prepare the Green rice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Season the chopped onions in the oil without coloring. Bring the rice in and stir until they look greasy. Pour the broth over, bring to a boil and simmer the heat. Boil under low heat for approx. 15 min. Shake while the pine nuts on a dry forehead. Save them to decorate. Stir spinach, herbs, parmesan and coriander in the rice and stir until spinach is dissolved. Add Greek yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Decorate with the pine nuts before serving.

tips:
Tastes well to chicken fillet, fish or steak. Have also had it right in a buffet with great success.
