Ingredients for Green Thai-curry

0.5canBamboo shoots
1Handful of fresh coriander
1Lime
1tspCane sugar
10Kaffir lime leaves
1-2tbspGreen curry paste
125gMushroom
2Chili
2tbspFish sauce
2cmFresh ginger
2cloveGarlic
2canCoconut milk
500gChicken Skinless

Instructions for Green Thai-curry

To prepare the Green Thai-curry recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the chicken meat into mundane pieces, ginger in thin spelled and chop the garlic well. Cut the mushrooms into slices and chilli in thin rings.

Heat the oil in a wok and season the meat for a few minutes with ginger and garlic. Slide the meat to the side and quench the curry paste for one minute. Mix the meat and curry paste and add coconut milk, lemons, mushrooms, chilli, bamboo shoots, cane sugar and fish sauce and simmer for approx. 20 minutes. Add the juice from the glue and taste with fish sauce (if salt is lacking) and cane sugar.

Chop the coriander and sprinkle them over the dish. Serve with long grain rice eg. Jasmin.

tips:
Most ingredients can be varied / devoid of light and imagination. The important ingredients are: curry paste, coconut milk, lime leaves, fish soup and cane sugar (can be replaced with plain sugar).
