To prepare the Greenlandic coffee I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the whiskey into a spacious glass. Heat it over a spirits flame, ignite the card, turn off with a cup of coffee. Add kaluha. Top with whipped cream.
Pour Gran Manier into a saucepan and heat it over the flames. When it is ignited, pour it over the whipped cream.
The art is to draw the burning beam (northern lights) as long as possible.
