Instructions for Grill Flutes

To prepare the Grill Flutes recipe, please follow these instructions:

All ingredients are mixed in a bowl and run with a dough arm for 4 minutes. In 1 gear. Then drive for 8 min in 2nd gear.

Put the dough in a large oiled plastic bowl with lid until the next day.

The dough is about 1½ hours at room temperature until it is approx. 20 degrees.

It is placed in an oven (possibly on a stone plate) at 240 degrees. After 15 min. Screw down to 200 degrees.

It bakes approx. 20 min.
