To prepare the Grilled beef fillet with provence tower recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the steaks with coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper, then brush with a thin layer of oil so that they do not stick to the grill. The steaks are grilled, depending on the size, for approx. 6 min. On each side until they are medium - let them drag for 5-6 min.

While grilling the steaks, brush the eggplant, squash and yellow pepper with a thin layer of oil. Then grill the vegetables for approx. 1 min, so they get a little barbeque.
