To prepare the Grilled Black Tiger prawns with pineapple and chili recipe, please follow these instructions:

The marinade is stirred together by coconut milk, crushed garlic, rosemary and chopped red chili pepper.

The shrimp is thrown and peeled, marinated 1/2 hour in the refrigerator.

Pineapples cut in 2x2 cm. cubes. Shrimps and pineapples are alternately placed on the wood shards.

Grilles for approx. 10 min. By medium heat.

Served smoking hot with mangochutney, toasted coconut, salad and possibly. A cream fraiche dressing flavored with curry, pineapple juice, salt and pepper.
