To prepare the Grilled butterfish on crisp salads and pesto recipe, please follow these instructions:

Slices of butterfish brushed lightly with oil grilled on a hot grilled pan, approx. 2 min on each side. Season with salt and a pepper mixture (of green, white, black and pink pepper)

4 salads are rinsed and slipped free of water. Put it in a plastic bag and add 2 tablespoons. Balsamic vinegar and 5 tablespoons. Olive oil, salt + pepper. Shake the bag so that the dressing is distributed. Arrange the salad on 4 large plates and put the butter in the middle.

Blend a pesto of basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, oil, salt and pepper and drip it around on the plate.

Decorate with carrot and server with Italian bread.
