Melt the butter in a pan and brown the chicken pieces quickly. Then put them under the grill and finish them - approx. 3 min. on every side. Bring the Marsala on the forehead and let it boil halfway (it's fast for a pan). Smooth the sauce with whipped cream and season with salt and pepper.

Serve with a nice spicy salad, like fennel or Christmas salad, and raw potato boats.
