To prepare the Grilled mussels with aïoli recipe, please follow these instructions:

aïoli:
Stir egg yolk, salt, vinegar, squeezed garlic and mustard together in a bowl. Add the oil under strong whipping, initially dropwise, then in a thin beam. Whip until a thick mayonnaise.

Brush and scrub the mussels clean. Box the clams that are not completely closed. Rinse the mussels thoroughly in cold water. Open the mussels and have a sprig. Aioli in each shell of mussels.

Grill the mussels until the aïol melts and serve immediately.
