100gButter
2.5dlWhite wine
200gPigvar per person
200gSpinach
5dlFish stock
5Shallots
50gBacon, diced

To prepare the Grilled pigvar with lemon cream and new Danish potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pigvar: the fish cut into appropriate pieces of 2-3 per person. Grill them on the grill pan or outdoor grill.
