Ingredients for Grilled pork tenderloin

Oil for brushing
Pepper
Salt
1largeTrimmed pork tenderloin
1tbspMustard
100gSun-dried tomatoes or 150 g roasted bacon cubes.
3tbspFresh chopped herbs (parsley, chives, tarragon)
5dlWhipped cream
500gFresh pasta
500gFresh spinach or frozen whole spinach 200 g.

Instructions for Grilled pork tenderloin

To prepare the Grilled pork tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brush the tenderloin with oil, season with pepper and grill it approx. 15 min. on every side. Season with salt and let it rest easily covered for approx. 15 min. Cut the tenderloin in medallions a 2½ cm. Thickness after rest time.

Boil the cream on a pan to half the amount. Add mustard and sun dried tomatoes. Use the bacon, shake them first on the forehead and pour the grease away. Season with pepper (not salty as the sun-dried tomatoes are very salty). The spinach is turned into the sauce and then boils approx. 2 min.

Cook the pasta in water with salt and oil 2-3 min. Finally, turn the pasta and herbs into the pasta sauce and server with the tenderloin medallions.
