Ingredients for Grilled ribs

Salad with sour-sweet dressing and an additional 300 g flutes
0.5dlFreshly squeezed lemon juice
1tspCoarse salt
10Black peppercorns
200gSugar (about 2 1/4 dl)
3tbspDijon mustard
3Bay leaves
3000gRibs from pigs

Instructions for Grilled ribs

To prepare the Grilled ribs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Share if necessary. The ribs in smaller pieces (2-3 legs in each). Bring water and ribs into a large pot and bring to a boil. Remove the foam. Add laurel leaves, salt and pepper corn. Boil the ribs with low heat and under low for approx. 45 min. Take the ribs up and dry them.

Barbecue Sauce:
Bring water, butter and sugar to a boil in a pan (about 21 cm in diameter). Boil the mixture with high heat and without lid. Stir occasionally and scrape the sugar down, which rises to the edge. Boil the caramel approx. 13 min. Or until it turns light yellow. Remove the heat and add the other ingredients. Then cook the grated sauce under low heat and stir for approx. 5 min. Brush the cooked ribs on both sides with the grilled sauce. Place them on baking sheets with aluminum foil. Grill the ribs at the top of the oven. Turn them after 2-3 min. And brush if necessary. With the grilled sauce that is dripped off.
