30gButter, cut into cubes
600gSalmon into 4 slices

To prepare the Grilled salmon with crushed black pepper recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix lemon juice and red wine vinegar, garlic, sugar and a little salt in a dish that is big enough to accommodate the fillets. Lay the filets in the marinade and cover with a lid. Marinate the fillets in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Flip the fillets after 2 hours.

Take the fillets up and wipe them dry on a kitchen roll. Squeeze half of the crushed peppers on the fillets. Flip the fillets and put the rest of the pepper on this page.
