Instructions for Grilled shortribs with grater and apple salad

To prepare the Grilled shortribs with grater and apple salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Shortribs: First make barbecue cooking.

Then cook the meat for approx. 1 hour in water with a little salt. Place the meat in a coarse sieve so that the water can drizzle and let it rest there approx. 15 minutes

Put the drip shortribs on the grill at medium heat and let them grill for approx. 20 minutes. The past 5 minutes are brushed with the barbecue and season with salt and pepper.

Accessories: The peppers are halved and the kernels are scrapped out. The shoots are cut by the French bread and the slices are reset to crumbs, mixed with cream cheese, chopped chocolate and salt and pepper.

The mass is filled in the halved peppers and they are grilled until they are tender for approx. 15 - 20 minutes.

Apple salad: Mix the yoghurt with the acacia honey and the raisins in a bowl.

Peel the apples and cut them into big terns, turning in lemon juice.

Bowl the apples into the yogurt mix and stir around.

Rough freezer: Wash the potatoes and cut them in both approx. 2 cm thick.

Brush them with oil and grill them until golden - approx. 15 minutes. Could possibly. Make the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees and then just grill for a couple of minutes.

The stains must first be brushed with the barbecue just before it is finished - otherwise the sugar in the barbecue will burn and the meat will turn black.
